Don first learned the art of saddle making from the master craftsmen Bill Houston and continued studying with Dave Silva of Visalia Stock Saddle Co. In 1978 Don started producing his own masterpieces. In keeping with traditional look of the saddles, the saddles are custom designed to fit each horse and rider for maximum performance and comfort. All custom saddles are handmade, hand tooled and one of a kind.

Today, Don is a sought after western saddle designer, and saddle maker. His saddles have been delivered not only throughout the United States, but from Canada to Germany as well.
